January Auctions On Monday 11th January 2010 we shall be offering the Toy auction. This will commence at 10.30am. Viewing will be held as follows: Friday 8th January from 9.00am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm; on Saturday 9th January from 9.00am to 1.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 9.00am to 10.00am On Tuesday 12th January we will be offering the Militaria/Arms & Armour auction which will commence at 11.00am. The viewing will be: Friday 8th January from 9.00am to 1.00pm and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm; Saturday 9th January from 9.00am to 1.00pm and on the morning of the sale from 9.00am to 10.30am.

	Toy Sale Changes Please note: due to increasing costs it is necessary for us to raise our buyers premium to 17.5% plus VAT. This adjustment in our terms brings Wallis and Wallis Toy Auctions in line with many other auction companies in the UK.

	Purdey Duelling Pistols A rare cased pair of Purdey flintlock duelling pistols, serial numbers 764 and 765, Ex Clay Bedford Collection, were offered as lot 141 in the Spring Connoisseur Collectors' auction on 29th April 2009 and realised £50,000.

	2010 Sale Dates announced A list of our 2009/2010 Auction dates can be found on the home page on the right hand side, as always, these dates may be subject to change but are correct at the present time (July 2009).
