Catalogues for our upcoming auction can be viewed by following the links below (approximately 10 days prior to the sales):

When viewing the auction on these sites it will be noted that we now include estimates on all lots. Please note, these are based largely on the opinion of the cataloguer and take into account any reserves at that time. As they are often prepared well in advance of the sale on few occasions they may be subject to change.

Regarding bids lodged via internet auction sites, to clarify a point –  we would like to advise clients that prior to the sale the auctioneers have no  knowledge of the internet bids. Whilst we do know who has registered for active bidding, we do not know on which lots bids have been entered. A member of our  staff acts on behalf of the internet bidder at the sale; the auctioneer does not have this information on the rostrum.

We are pleased to announce that bids entered via invaluable.com will now attract a charge of 3%  (reduced from 5%) in addition to the Buyers Premium of 20%. Including VAT, all bids placed through invaluable or thesaleroom.com will therefore attract a total charge of 27.6% on the hammer price.
