1. If you require shipping, please request a quote using the link provided in your invoice email.
Once your shipping costs have been calculated, you will receive a revised invoice that includes these charges.
**To avoid making two separate payments, please wait until you receive this updated invoice before completing your payment.**
2.Please note we do not insure your items once dispatched. If you require insurance please arrange this yourself.
3.Once your order has left our premises we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by the courier. Although we will always do our best to assist and help investigate any issue on your behalf, items are ultimately sent at the buyers own risk.
4.If you wish to collect your items from us this MUST be booked via the link in your invoice email as collection is by appointment only. This means we can have your items ready for you when you arrive.
5.If you choose to use our in-house shipping service, please be aware that dispatch times may experience delays. During busy periods, our small packing team can become inundated with orders and work on a first come first serve basis.
While we always strive to prepare and send your items as quickly as possible, we are not a courier company and therefore cannot guarantee immediate dispatch.
Rest assured, we will always do our best to keep delays to a minimum and ensure your order is shipped promptly once prepared.
6.Items that are not being shipped must be collected from Wallis & Wallis within 7 days of payment, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed with us in advance.
7.Purchased lots must be collected within ten (10) calendar days of the sale date. Lots not collected within this period may be subject to a storage charge of £2 per lot per day plus VAT. The Auctioneers reserve the right to move or store lots at the purchaser’s expense and to resell lots without reserve to recover storage charges and associated costs.
8.Buyers are welcome to arrange their own courier or collection service. However, if items require packing by Wallis & Wallis prior to collection, a packing and handling fee will be applied. This fee will depend on the size, weight, and nature of the items and must be paid before the goods are released to the courier.
